APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
When scheduling an appointment, we ask that you complete your paperwork on line after we email the link to you. After completing your paperwork, please send it to us and you’ll be ready for your appointment. If you are not able to complete the paperwork on line, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your paperwork at Sculpt Away. We dedicate all of our time & attention for you when you schedule an appointment at Sculpt Away. So if you do not show or cancel on short notice, it may result in a cancellation charge. We ask that you provide a minimum of a 24-hour notice by telephone (not email) when you must cancel.
Likewise, if you are late for an appointment, we may have other patients scheduled after you and it may result in a shortened service or our inability to take care of you at that time.
PAYMENT POLICY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
All services & products are self-pay. We do not accept insurance for payments. Payment is due in full at the time services and products are rendered or upon other written agreement. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover credit cards. We accept only the debit cards displaying the MasterCard or Visa logo. We do not accept checks at this time. No refunds will be issued for services, gift cards, or gift certificates and these cannot be exchanged for cash. Products may be returned for Sculpt Away office credit only & only if returned within 10 days of original purchase and if not opened, damaged or used. We may issue a Sculpt Away office exchange for unused, pre-paid services. This applies only if the request is made within 3 months of original purchase. No discounts shall be issued on any selected services (list price will be charged) in the exchange, and if original services were purchased at a discounted rate, only the discounted rate shall apply to the new exchanged services at list price.

We accept the CareCredit credit card. CareCredit is a health, wellness and beauty card that you can apply for online from home or while you are at Sculpt Away. It takes only a few minutes. Please do not discuss your medical or otherwise personally identifiable health information in emails. Understand that email communication is not secure or HIPAA compliant. Email should not be used in place of an appointment or consultation with our staff. We work hard at responding to emails but since we give full attention to our clients in the Sculpt Away office, please allow up to 3 days for email responses. SCULPT AWAY IS A NO CHILDREN ZONE
We want to ensure that our clients and guests enjoy the ideal setting for peace and relaxation; therefore, Sculpt Away is a no children zone. We allow children age 15 and up, if they are receiving services. We do not allow children under the age of 18 to be left alone. For safety reasons, we do not allow children to accompany you when you are undergoing treatments.
NO TIPS + NO COMMISSION = THE SCULPT AWAY “WAY”
The Sculpt Away team does not receive pay for commission and we do not accept tips. At Sculpt Away, we expect our professional team to deliver extraordinary services. We compensate our medical beauty team members fairly to deliver exceptional services and we accept nothing less. Our team members are professionals who are trained to provide you with superb care, answer your questions and inform you about beneficial services and products. When a Sculpt Away medical beauty team member delivers exceptional care and/or recommends a service and/or products, you know that it is with your best interest in mind because she/he does not receive commission.
